After a fulfilling 14 years at McGuffey Montessori, teaching grades Pre-K through 8, I have transitioned from the classroom to dedicated private instruction. My career has been built on the Montessori principle that every student follows a unique path to success. I know firsthand that when a traditional approach falls short, we need to find the right tools to unlock a student’s potential.

My academic background is a blend of English and molecular genetics from my undergraduate and graduate studies. This unique duality allows me to support students across the spectrum—from mastering scientific problem-solving to crafting sophisticated literary analysis.

I recognize that academic growth is as much about character as it is about curriculum. I am patient and perceptive, knowing that it often takes time for students to come out of their shells and find their voice. My goal is to provide the steady, one-on-one mentorship needed to make that happen.
